About Me
Angèle was born in South America, French Guiana. She is a multilingual Caribbean artist. She started singing, writing, and composing songs at the age of 16. She began performing them at her local evangelical church where she was considered gifted by God by the leaders and members of her congregation.
Singing was a way for her to express herself, convey messages she could not deliver directly, and a source of therapy. She moved to the USA in 1995 and continued singing at what became her local church in Florida. There, she was named the church Star.
She wrote many songs about diversity that she performed at some schools and different events to promote love and tolerance.
In 2008, she released her first album titled “Si Mwen Vivan”. Then in 2016, she self-published her first book: Divine Intimacy Words From Within- a series of poems and prayers she had written over the years. Angèle is also an educator and creative dancer.
Angèle is a voice for love and peace in this world!
